Habitat for Humanity NI

We were priviledged to listen to a very inspiring presentation about the work of Habitat for Humanity at our most recent Tuesday group meeting. Habitat for humanity builds houses in Northern Ireland and across the world. The local branch of Habitat for Humanity in Northern Ireland builds one house locally for every ten houses that they build across the world. Later in the year they will celebrate 25 years of their existence by building a number of houses in Romania. They are currently inviting volunteers to join them on this project.

It would be great to have Larne represented in a project of this magnitude.

Below is a copy of the Big Build Flyer for anybody who may be interested in this event. There is also a link to the Habitatni website for more information.

Habitat for Humanity has offered to visit any congregation who would be interested in this project. This can happen at a church service or during coffee afterwards. They would love to come.
